What are Some Good Dip and Go Makeup Brush Cleaners?

Clean makeup brushes should be an obsession of ours. They will help prevent breakouts and prevent our top-notch makeup brushes from deteriorating. But most of us are lazy. We don’t want to clean our brushes, despite the foundation build up we see on our MAC #190 Foundation brush.

Thank goodness for a few dip and go cleansers. They don’t prevent you from doing the cleaning work, but they do lessen the amount of time you’ll spend cleaning them.

And by the way, dip and go is just a short term we use for cleansers that don’t require to do any mixing and what not. You’re really just pouring, dipping and wiping. See below for our favorite easy-to-use makeup brush cleaners:

Cinema Secrets Makeup Brush Cleaner and Cleanser Set, $24 (Sephora)

Beautyblender Blender Cleanser Solid, $15.95 (Sephora)

SEPHORA Collection Dry Clean: Solid Brush Cleaner, $14 (Sephora)

  • What a revelation! I have always used baby shampoo to clean my brushes! This will cut the process short as the shampoo wasn’t cutting through sticky make-up too well and required multiple washes.
